In Person Plant Walk: Foothills Medicinal Herb Walk — June 14th

June in the Boulder foothills offers a rich botanical bounty, as many of our favorite wild medicinal plants come into their full expression. Join Stephanie for a relaxing and engaging plant walk that invites curiosity, connection, and presence with the land.

Together, we’ll explore playful and memorable ways to learn plant identification while discovering herbal actions, traditional uses, and the subtle energetic qualities of the plants we encounter, deepening our relationship with the living landscape all around us.

Additional Info: Please bring sun & weather protection, shoes appropriate for a hiking trail, adequate hydration, and note taking materials if desired!

Location: TBD (within 10 miles from Downtown Boulder). Please note that the exact location with directions will be emailed a few days before the walk.
