In Person: Foothills Medicinal Herb Walk — August 24th

With Summer in full bloom, the beauty of Boulder's abundant local flora is filled with medicinal plants galore! On this morning plant walk, we will learn about our unique Foothills ecosystem, take a relaxed stroll on a beautiful trail, and discover the many medicinal plants that are all around us.

Tapping into our senses, we will discuss how to distinguish some of our favorite local medicinal herbs. This is a grounded and beautiful way to begin the day, as we immerse ourselves in nature and dive into each plant's properties and how to work with them.

No previous experience is needed, and we will be using language suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.

Additional Info: Please bring sun & weather protection, shoes appropriate for a hiking trail, adequate hydration, and note taking materials if desired!

Location: TBD (within 10 miles from Downtown Boulder). Please note that the exact location with directions will be emailed a few days before the walk.
