In Person: Rejuvenate: Yoga and Herbal Spa Day — September 20th

Regular price $ 100.00

Date: Sunday, September 20, 2026
Time: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm MT
Instructors: Ashley Loza, 500 RYT Yoga Instructor & Herbalist and Taylor Fish, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Flower Essence Practitioner

Join us under the trees to reset and refresh your body, mind, and self care rituals through weaving the plants into your self care rituals. Slow down with a morning Hatha yoga flow and a tea ceremony. As summer comes to a close, take some time to set your intention for the Fall.

Class will begin with tea to prepare the body and mind for practice, an intention will be set during this time. Ashley will guide you through an all levels Hatha flow with some gentle breathwork and asana. This class will focus on slowly easing the body and mind. You will leave with breathwork practices you can do daily to settle into the present moment.

Following the yoga class participants will have a break for snacks and to reset. We will then begin creating our herbal spa day supplies: preparing a tea for our herbal foot soak, mixing up custom body scrubs, blending and trying custom clay face masks with a journaling exercise surrounding self care and connecting with our needs as individuals, and ending with our herbal foot soak and an open discussion about self care, community care, and where and how herbs can fit in to support us, and anything else that may come up. Our hope is that you leave refreshed and inspired as we flow into autumn.

Additional Info: Participants must bring a lunch and water to drink, a journal (if you don’t have one we will have extra paper and pens) and your yoga mat. All other materials will be supplied!

Maximum Number of Participants: 12

Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MT on Friday for weekend classes.
