As the busy season approaches, take a moment to slow down, anchor yourself, and harness the soothing power of plant medicine. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to formulate nourishing, botanically infused self-care products designed to offer a little extra care during the hectic holiday season. Whether you choose to wrap them up as thoughtful, handcrafted gifts for loved ones or keep them on your own shelf for essential winter rituals, you’ll leave with beautiful, practical herbal creations and the knowledge to recreate them at home.
During our time together, we will explore:
- Herbal Blending: Selecting herbs and ingredients to support grounding practices, moments of calm, and a little extra care during the holiday season.
- Hands-On Crafting: Step-by-step guidance to create custom herbal self-care products to take home, keep for yourself, or gift to someone you love.
- Mindful Formulating: Tips on pairing herbs and their energetic qualities to create herbal gifts and rituals that feel deeply personal and intentional.
All ingredients, containers, and recipe cards are provided. Come ready to mix, pour, and create a set of handcrafted herbal goodies to brighten your own season—or someone else’s.
