Regular price $ 90.00

Date: Sunday, July 26th
Time: 11:30 - 2:30 pm MT
Instructor: Taylor Fish, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Flower Essence Practitioner

Herbalism is alive and well in our kitchens, whether you consider yourself to be an Herbalist or not. "Culinary" herbs and spices support our overall health every day, and this class offers ways to expand on different kitchen preparations so that we may weave the magic and nourishment the plants offer into all the meals we can.

Together we will explore the medicinal properties and different applications of herbs and spices that are likely already in your kitchen cupboard. We will make a handful of simple preparations to build your tool chest so that you can further support yourself and loved ones.

Participants will make and take home:

  • Herbal infused apple cider vinegar
  • Herbal infused olive oil
  • Herbal electuary (honey preparation)
  • Herbal syrup

After this class you will feel confident to recreate and play around with different variations of these common but powerful kitchen staples at home, upgrading your meals and boosting your health.

Additional Info: Materials are included in the class cost.

Maximum Number of In Person Participants: 12
Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MST on Friday for weekend classes.
