Join clinical and folk herbalist Sofia Arana-Miranda for a deep dive into the ancestral past, where plant magic lived in kitchens, doorways, and hearths. Together, we’ll learn the lore and lived purpose behind plants and how peoples from all over the world wove them into daily life for protection and "spiritual hygiene". Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of home-tending traditions and a handcrafted cleansing water to bless and protect their space.

Additional Info: No age limit. Materials and a takeaway cleansing flower water are included in the class cost.
