Matthew and Sofia are both experienced herbalists who have seen remarkable things happen using herbal remedies for emotional, psychological and spiritual issues of all kinds. They will discuss a number of herbs that can bring us into a state of balance, clarity and deep inner repose that can facilitate healing and our connection to our own knowing, and sense of wonder.
This offering is taught in the oral tradition with a unique lecturing style, including stream of consciousness. Please bring note-taking supplies if desired.

Refunds will only be given if your registration is cancelled at least 48 hours before the class. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. We are unable to transfer class sign-ups to another session. This policy is in place to protect our instructors who diligently prepare materials based on initial sign-ups at the 48-hour mark, ensuring the optimal learning experience for all participants.
