Join Herbalist Lauren for a steamy, sensory journey into the world of herbal care! In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the time-honored art of herbal steaming , a simple yet powerful ritual that nourishes the skin, supports the respiratory system, and ignites the body’s natural rhythms.

Discover the science and soul behind the steam: how aromatic plants open pores, clear pathways, and invite deep relaxation. We’ll dive into why warmth and herbs make such an alchemical pair and explore a few other HOT topics of the body along the way.

Please bring:

  • A clean face ready to glow
  • A full-size bath towel for your personal cocoon
  • A heat-tolerant medium bowl to create your own herbal facial steam
  • Come ready to breathe deep, soak in the scents, and let the herbs reveal their magic.

Additional Info: No children please. Herbs included in the fee.

We are unable to transfer class sign-ups to another session. This policy is in place to protect our instructors who diligently prepare materials based on initial sign-ups at the 48-hour mark, ensuring the optimal learning experience for all participants.
