Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the art and science of nourishing herbal infusions—simple, powerful, and deeply restorative preparations that offer a natural way to support long-term wellness. In this class, you’ll learn how to select mineral-rich herbs, craft potent infusions at home, and integrate them into your daily self-care routine. We’ll discuss the difference between teas, infusions, and decoctions, and uncover how these traditional remedies can nourish the body at a cellular level.

Together, we’ll prepare several infusions using beloved herbs such as nettle, oatstraw, red clover, and linden, while discussing their individual benefits for energy, stress resilience, hormonal balance, and overall vitality. You’ll leave with the confidence to create your own blends, a deeper understanding of plant-based nourishment, and the inspiration to make these herbal allies a grounding ritual in your everyday life. All materials and tasting samples are provided—just bring your curiosity and a mug!

This class is all ages and fun and simple enough for the whole family.

Additional Info: All ages are welcome. Participants will take home approximately a 3-oz tea blend that they make during the class.
