In Person: Supporting Grief with Earth Based Practices — November 1st
Date: Sunday, November 1, 2026
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm MT
Instructor: Taylor Fish, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Flower Essence Practitioner
Come as you are, and experience how leaning on our Earth can soothe your nervous system and help hold any heaviness your heart and mind have been carrying.
In this heart-led class offering we will start with a grounding exercise, meet and make connections with plants who may help calm our systems (in many forms: tea, tincture, flower essence, oils), engage in a simple practice of clearing energy using water, make a group flower essence blend to use and take home with you, all while feeling the strong and centering presence of the Earth beneath our bodies.
This space is not one for judgement or even advice, but to simply be seen and honored in all that we hold on a daily basis, and add some supportive tools to our belt of self care that can help us navigate challenging times.
Location: TBD (Within a ~20 minute drive from Rebecca's Apothecary)
Additional Information: Materials for flower essence making and takeaways are included in the class cost.
This class is held outdoors so please dress in whatever amount of layers keep you comfortable for the weather, comfy shoes for a short walk, and bring with you: a blanket, additionally some kind of camping chair if that feels supportive (otherwise we will sit/lay on the ground), water (as just tea will be served), an (organic) offering to the land, and a compassionate heart.
Maximum Number of Participants: 10
Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MST on Friday for weekend classes.
