Regular price $ 45.00

Date: Friday, October 23, 2026
Time: 6:15 - 8:15 pm MT
Instructor: Sofia Arana-Miranda, Certified Clinical Herbalist

Join clinical herbalist and ceremonialist, Sofia Arana-Miranda, for a special class that explores the roots, rituals, and plant traditions of Día de los Muertos.

Together we'll discover how plants, food, and symbolism have shaped one of Mexico's most meaningful celebrations and the traditions of honoring ancestors.

The class includes the creation of a traditional community ofrenda, so bringing a photo of a passed loved one is suggested if you feel called. We’ll also enjoy and share the preparation of seasonal offerings such as atole and pan de muerto, and craft a mini altar bag filled to take home, creating a lasting connection to the traditions and plants of Día de los Muertos.

Additional Information: Recommended Age: 12+. Materials and takeaways (mini altar bag) are included in the class cost.

Maximum Number of Participants: 12

Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MT on Friday for weekend classes.
