Together, we’ll trace the deep Indigenous origins of this sacred holiday and how it has emerged through syncretism to become one of the most cherished and spiritually rich celebrations in Mexican tradition.

Through this lens, we’ll explore a variety of symbols and herbs used in ancestral honoring, sample traditional food offerings, and learn the art of building a meaningful altar at home. Each participant will also have the opportunity to create a personalized bundle filled with offerings to take home and place on their altar.
