In this class, you’ll discover your unique doshic blueprint and how it shapes your body and mind. You’ll learn simple, practical ways to restore balance in daily life, then craft your own personalized electuary (powdered herbs blended with honey) made specifically to support your constitution.
No prior experience in Āyurveda or herbalism needed.

Refunds will only be given if your registration is cancelled at least 48 hours before the class. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. We are unable to transfer class sign-ups to another session. This policy is in place to protect our instructors who diligently prepare materials based on initial sign-ups at the 48-hour mark, ensuring the optimal learning experience for all participants.
