Woodland Tonic Tea (Formerly Autumn Blend Tea)

Like the soothing strength of a stand of healthy trees, so is this blend to one’s nervous system. An ally for the changing seasons, the subtle spice and deep nourishment of this “hearth warming” tea evokes the gentle feelings of a peaceful walk through autumn woods.

To Use: 1 Tbsp. of tea blend per cup of water. Let steep 30 minutes to 8 hours. Strain and enjoy.
