Myrrh Gum Resin
Growing Status: Sustainably Wildcrafted
Myrrh is a resin from the Commiphora myrrha tree. This small, scrubby tree grows across the Middle East and Northern Africa, where the precious gum has been traded for centuries. Myrrh tears are firm and have a sharp, medicinal aroma that is very cleansing to the air. In combination with Frankincense, Myrrh has been burned for centuries in churches, temples and mosques.
