In the dark of winter, our energy retreats underground, just like the roots. This class explores the wisdom of root medicine: how these plants stabilize the nervous system, replenish vitality, and sustain the inner fire through the cold months. We’ll discuss both clinical and traditional uses of key roots and create a “Root Syrup” for participants to take home and enjoy as a tonic for renewal and resilience.

Additional Info: Under 12 accompanied by an adult. Materials, handouts & recipe cards, and takeaway root syrup are included in the class cost.
