Join us for a hands-on immersion into the art of home medicine-making. In this foundational class, you’ll learn four types of solvent extraction—water, alcohol, glycerin, and oil—along with simple nourishing food medicines to support everyday wellness.

Together we’ll create five medicinal preparations to stock your home apothecary:

  • Rose Glycerite
  • Digestive Bitters
  • Mineral-Rich Herbal Infusion
  • Bioflavonoid Jam
  • Hydrating Body Oil

You’ll leave with your handcrafted medicines, practical knowledge of extraction techniques, and the confidence to begin building your own home apothecary.

This workshop offers a wonderful preview of the Community Herbalism School for those considering a deeper dive, and also stands beautifully on its own as a nourishing introduction to herbal craft.

Additional Info: Materials are included in the class cost.

Maximum Number of Participants: 12

Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MT on Friday for weekend classes.
