Join Herbalist Sofia Arana-Miranda in a class that explores plant traditions that have shaped everyday life across cultures for centuries. The class centers the home as a living, relational space where plants were used as part of daily care for the household, the body, and the land itself. Drawing from folk practices and ancestral knowledge, we look at how plants supported protection, cleansing, and continuity through seasonal rhythms and lived relationship with place. At the end, participants will create their own protective cleansing blend to take home, rooted in traditional household plant practices.

Additional Info: Participant age over 12 years old recommended. Materials for takeaway are included in the class cost.
