Bee Pollen is high in B vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and proteins. Pollen is prized for its ability to increase energy, but most notably used for its help in allergy relief and prevention. The idea behind using the pollen for allergies, is that in taking a small amount over a period of time you can help acclimate your body to the pollens that would normally cause discomfort. A general recommendation is to take 1-2 granules for a few days first and gradually build up to 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon per day.

Propolis
Propolis is a substance that Bees use to seal the hive to keep out infection, making it useful to humans as an anti-microbial agent. Traditionally pieces of propolis were sucked or chewed on for soothing gum issues. It can also be tinctured for internal use, the tincture of propolis makes a great throat spray to ward of illnesses. Our propolis, like our pollen is raw and harvested locally from hives on the western slop.
