In Person: Summer Plant Walk — August 15th

Join us for a beginner-friendly herbal adventure in the high country! At 8,500 feet and above, we’ll wander a gentle creekside path while getting to know the wild plants that thrive in the mountains. Along the way, we’ll chat about sustainable wildcrafting, meet local medicinal herbs, and explore the many ways these alpine allies have been traditionally used to support wellness.
Whether you’re brand new to herbalism or simply looking for a refreshing return to the plants, this class offers a joyful, hands-on introduction to the magic growing all around us.
Suggested Age of Participant: Participants 12+ years old are welcome!
Location: TBD (within 20 miles of Downtown Boulder) Please note that the exact location with directions will be emailed a few days before the walk.
Maximum Number of In Person Participants: 10
Class registration closes at 4:00 pm MST on Friday for weekend classes.

Rebecca’s Herbal Apothecary welcomes a varied range of experiences and perspectives shared by our instructors through herbal education. Please be aware that each herbalist brings their own unique viewpoint and history, creating a distinct relationship with herbal medicine and natural health.
Refunds will only be given if your registration is cancelled at least 48 hours before the class. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period. We are unable to transfer class sign-ups to another session. This policy is in place to protect our instructors who diligently prepare materials based on initial sign-ups at the 48-hour mark, ensuring the optimal learning experience for all participants.
