Yin Time Tea

This tea might not say "sleepy tea" but it's the perfect tea before bed. After stressful days my husband adds a little California poppy to this blend to give it an extra "sleepy" boost, but the original Yin blend is plenty for me to wind down and get a good nights sleep every night. The chamomile and spearmint tastes yummy too. Great new addition to our nightly routine!

I know this is not Rebecca's bedtime blend, but it really helps me wind down at night and to sleep well. I prefer chamomile to lavender, which is why I use this blend at night instead of the bedtime tea. It's tasty too. Highly recommend!
