Join herbalist and ceremonialist Sofia Arana-Miranda, for a workshop on the ritual and healing power of smoking herbs. We’ll explore plants that soothe the nervous system, support the lungs, soften grief, and more, while honoring cultural context and practicing harm-reduction. Participants will learn about traditional smoke practices, plant energetics, and medicinal benefits, then craft a personal herbal smoking blend to take home and work with intentionally.

Additional Info: Age 21+ only please. Materials and 1 oz personal smoking blend to take home are included in the class cost.
