As we prepare to celebrate the mother’s in our life, join community herbalist and mama Amber Graziano to sip, sample and adorn yourself with herbs and remedies to support the many facets of motherhood. Learn how to lean upon your plant allies during challenging times to fortify mind, body and spirit. We will focus on herbs, food and aromatherapy that give foundational nourishment, support the nervous system, aid sleep, provide energy, uplift the heart and lighten the mood. We will also talk about flower essences for emotional indications specific to mothering/caretaking. Participants will go home with recipes and easy ways to integrate herbal medicine into their lives including tasty treats to share with the whole family.
