The postpartum period can bring so many joys and challenges. Join Doula and Herbalist Sara Marie to learn how to nourish yourself with herbal allies through this transitional time.
In this class, we will discuss herbs that can help with a wide range of issues including sleep, digestion, hormone balancing and mood support. We will touch on herbs, flower essences, nutrition and lifestyle practices that can be helpful for birthing people. We will also create a few tea blends together and each participant will leave with herbal and food recipes. We welcome pregnant people, parents, partners, doulas, friends, family and children.
Registration includes recipes and if desired an Postpartum Herbal Ingredient Kit with instructions for how to use and prepare several tea blends and baths at a later date. Kits may be purchased separately through the link below.
