This class will introduce you to the art of combining herbs to make therapeutically effective and great tasting tea blends. This lecture and hands-on style class will cover the most important elements involved in formulating, including herbal actions, properties, proportions and intuition, as well as special considerations such as an individual’s constitution, season and climate. Participants will make and taste several tea blends during class, including one of their own creation.

- Online Class Participants: consider purchasing the kit if you would like to make a tea blend during class OR make at a later time
- In Person Class Participants: consider purchasing the ingredient kit if you would like to stock your home apothecary with ingredients to make an herbal tea blend at home.
