Many mineral rich herbs grow abundantly and are often under-foot just waiting to nourish us. The category of nutritive herbs is abundant and deeply rich with vitamins and minerals. Nutrient deficiencies can make way for all kinds of issues like hormonal imbalance, weakened immune systems, slow liver function, stress and low energy. Nutritive herbs can be a valuable addition to filling in nutrient gaps. In this class, you will learn effective ways to use and prepare the herbs. Participants who purchase the Ingredient Package will have tea blends and nutritive herbs to experiment with and taste at home.
Maximum Number of Participants: 20
Registration includes a handout and recipes and, if desired, a Nutrient Dense Herbs Ingredient Package with instructions for how to prepare recipes during class or at a later date.
