It’s that time of year when sage, rosemary and thyme grace our tables during winter feasts. For many of us, these may be the only occasions we consciously cook with an assortment of herbs but incorporating herbs in your day to day cooking is a creative, easy and ancient way of taking herbal medicine. This class will present an assortment of ways to make herbalism a part of your everyday meals. Participants will make an herbal finishing salt in class and will go home with samples and recipes to share for the holidays as well as throughout the year.
