This item is an Optional Ingredient Kit to accompany the Beat the Winter Blues: Uplifting the Spirits with Herbs on February 24th, 2024. (Class must be purchased separately.)

If you'd like the Kit shipped to you to use during the Live Online Class, please order by Wednesday, February 14th to plan for on-time delivery during the peak holidays. The cost of shipping the package will also be added onto your order (a minimum of $8.00).

Local Pick-Up Ingredient Kits can be ordered up to 24 hours before the class start time. Ingredient Kits may also be enjoyed post class and are non-refundable.

  • Hawthorne Berries, 0.4 oz
  • Cacao Nibs, 0.3 oz
  • Ashwagandha Root, cut, 0.3 oz
  • Damiana, 0.25 oz
  • Cassia Cinnamon, chips, 0.3 oz
  • Lemon Balm, 0.25 oz
  • Mucuna Pruriens, powder, 0.25 oz
