Radical Self-Care: Herbs to Cultivate Resilience

As the summer winds down, school is back in session and the seasons start to shift. This is an opportune time to turn to supportive herbal allies, during these occasions of transition. We will cover plants that are used to build resilience in the body, mind and spirit, helping us to thrive during stressful phases of our lives. We will explore herbs that are used to encourage relaxation, restore the nervous system, and build strength and stamina.
