Explore how we can be more ready to face end-of-life concerns for ourselves and others so that when the time comes we can leave having prepared ourselves body, mind, and spirit for an easier transition and make it better for those that love and care for us. Using food, herbs, essential oils, and lifestyle ideas for care of the sick, healing grief, fear and anxiety, preparation, care of the body, final rituals, and the possibilities of what lies beyond. This class is taught in the oral tradition. Please bring notetaking materials if desired.
