Our time will be focused on how to help our loved ones as well as ourselves transition when the time is right. We will talk about using food, herbs, essential oils and lifestyle ideas for care of the sick, healing grief, fear and anxiety, preparation, care of the body, final rituals and the possibilities of what lies beyond. This class is taught in the oral tradition. Please bring notetaking materials if desired.
