Did you know that sleep can save your life? Getting less than six hours of sleep a night is linked to higher rates of heart disease, difficulty concentrating, depression, anxiety and relationship struggles. On the flip side, improving your sleep transforms your health, creativity, and connection with others! You can reduce inflammation and pain, allowing time for the body to repair itself, while increasing vitality, and strengthening your immunity and resilience.
Join Sara Marie in this in person class and learn to refine your rituals and use herbal medicines to support sleep. Making sleep a protected necessity each night allows more dreams and insights to carry through into your day, enhancing your intuition. In this workshop, we will discuss herbs, lifestyle practices, and flower essences to enhance the quality of your sleep, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to thrive. We will dive into the importance of evening and morning rituals, a fun dreaming practice, and easy steps to sweeten your sleep.
Bonus! This class will include a demonstration on how to create your own sleep tincture and flower essence to keep on your nightstand for when you struggle to get some solid shut-eye. Class registration also includes a handout and recipes.
