Mushrooms have been used as medicine for thousands of years in many Asian cultures including: China, Tibet, Korea and Japan.  From enhancing immune function and vitality, to improving mood, sleep and cognitive function and facilitating graceful aging, mushrooms are a cornerstone of optimal health and wellness.  In this lecture, demonstration and hands-on style class, you will learn the medicinal properties of 5 different medicinal mushrooms, best ways to prepare and enjoy them (including in-class preparation of  delicious recipes) and how to choose the best quality for maximum therapeutic efficacy.

  1. Online Class Participants: consider purchasing the kit if you would like to make the three recipes during class that those in person will be tasting OR make at a later time
