Be prepared with natural remedies to manage minor emergencies like bleeding, bruising, and bites, altitude sickness and shock, support the healing of broken bones, and much more. We will also talk about creating home, car, and backpack-friendly, versatile first aid kits. Brigitte Mars is a seasoned herbalist with 50 years of experience who teaches in the oral tradition with a unique lecturing style, including colorful PowerPoints and stream of consciousness. Please bring note-taking supplies if desired.
