This is a 4-week course on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. The course will cover the following:

September 12th: Herbal Tea Blending
September 19th: Tincture Making
September 26th: Herbal Infused Oils & Salves
October 3rd: Herbal Syrups & Honey

Take your herbal medicine making to the next level and join herbalist and medicine maker, Liz Philbrick, in this hands-on series to learn how to make and take a variety of herbal preparations to address common ailments. In each class, participants will learn about and make a new type of herbal medicine. In addition to making herbal medicines, in every class we will explore five herbs, learning about their medicinal properties, how to prepare them and their contraindications.

At the end of this series participants will leave with the knowledge and confidence to make their own herbal medicines as well as a deep understanding of 20 herbs and how to use and prepare them. Get ready to infuse, make, taste and learn! 

This class is great for beginner herbalists; previous herbal education is not required. 

Material Fee Included. Participants will be making and taking home a custom tea blend, tincture, herbal infused oil, salve and syrup.
