Interested in taking your herbal curiosities to the next level? In this class, we will learn about 15 new herbs (western, eastern, and local to Colorado) and how they are beneficial for the human body, and emotional support . We will discuss how to use herbs to restore the nervous system, improve the immune system, bring balance to the reproductive system and restore emotional wellness. Plus, you will learn different ways to incorporate herbs into your daily life with medicine and food recipes. With Herbs 102 we will also introduce flower essences and essential oils.
This lecture and demonstration-style class is perfect for the beginner enthusiast and will engage your mind and senses as we talk about each herbal ally and sample various forms of the plants we discuss.
Having taken Herbs 101 is not a requirement, as we will be discussing a whole new group of herbs, also at a beginner level.
Class registration includes a handout and recipes. We highly recommend our optional Herbs 102 Ingredient Kit for a hands-on, multi-sensory experience. Kits can be purchased separately through the link below.
