We will discuss different ways to incorporate herbs into your daily life with medicine, food and body recipes. This lecture & demonstration style class is perfect for the beginner enthusiast and will engage your mind and senses as we talk about each herbal ally, and sample various forms of the plants we discuss.

For online participants, please consider purchasing an ingredient kit to sample the various herbs we will be learning about.
