Instructor: Amber Graziano, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Nutritionist
Our emotional health is foundational to our physical and overall well-being. Herbal medicine is a wonderful adjunct to lifestyle and nutritional therapy for helping to ease symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression, and insomnia.
We invite you to join herbalist, mother, and occasionally stressed-out human, Amber Graziano, to learn about all the ways that herbs, essential oils and flower essences can help to soothe the nervous system, rebuild energy, and increase our resilience to life’s stressors. Learn how to use herbal allies for experiencing, releasing, and balancing a wide range of emotions and to encourage joy, peace, and balance in our lives.
Registration includes a handout, recipes, and if desired, an Ingredient Kit with instructions for how to make and enjoy herbal medicine blends during class or at a later date. Purchase of the optional Ingredient Kit is not necessary to enjoy or benefit from the class, but is encouraged for a multi-sensory experience, and can be down through the link below.
