Bee pollen is rich in proteins, free amino acids, and vitamins, including B-complex and folic acid.
Bee pollen may be added to foods in a variety of ways; to smoothies, warm or cold beverages (not boiling), yogurt, applesauce, energy bar recipes, sprinkled on salads, tacos, the possibilities go on.
When first trying bee pollen, start with 1 granule under the tongue, then move towards just a few granules at a time, increasing the amount weekly and gradually working up to 2-6 teaspoons daily.
