Instructor, Liz Philbrick, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Nutritionist

Summer is in full swing, plants are flourishing and there is no better time to learn how to make your own tinctures! Tinctures are made with alcohol and water to extract the medicinal properties of herbs. They are a wonderful and convenient way of taking herbal medicine. In this informative class, we will discuss and demonstrate methods to make fresh and dried plant tinctures.

Maximum Number of Participants: 20

Registration includes a detailed handout with recipes for the class and if desired, you may also purchase an Ingredient Package to accompany the class. This will enable the attendee to make a tincture along with the instructor or after the live class.

When you place an order online for the class and choose to add the optional Tincture Ingredient Package to your purchase, you will be prompted to choose either Local Pickup or Shipment for your package. If you choose Local Pickup, we will send you a confirmation email when your package is assembled and ready for pickup at Rebecca’s brick and mortar store. To have your package shipped, you will need to sign up for the class at least 7 days before the class date in order to have the Tincture Ingredient Package on hand for the live class. The cost of shipping the package will be added onto your order (minimum $7.50).
