Parenting can bring many joys and challenges. Join Doula and Herbalist Sara Marie to learn how to nourish yourself with herbal allies through all stages of kiddos. In this class, we will discuss herbs that can help with a wide range of issues including sleep, digestion, hormone balancing, and mood support. We will touch on herbs, flower essences, nutrition, and lifestyle practices that can be helpful for caretakers, create a few tea blends together, and each participant will leave with herbal food recipes.
We welcome pregnant people, parents, partners, doulas, friends, family, and children.
Registration includes recipes and, if desired, an Herbal Support Ingredient Kit with instructions for how to use and prepare several tea blends and baths at a later date. Kits may be purchased separately through the link below.
