This class will introduce you to the art of combining herbs to make therapeutically effective and great tasting tea blends. This lecture and demonstration style class will cover the most important elements involved in herbal tea formulating, including herbal actions, properties, proportions, and intuition, as well as special considerations such as an individual’s constitution, season, and climate. If participants would like to make and taste their own tea blend during the class or at a later date, there is an opportunity below to purchase an Herbal Tea Blending Ingredient Kit to accompany the class.
