“My idea of a good herbalist isn’t someone who knows the uses of 40 different herbs, but who knows how to use one herb in 40 different ways.”
Join herbalist & educator Amber Graziano to learn the history, lore, tradition, and modern use of the herb of the month. This is a wonderful introduction into basic tenants of herbalism with herbal actions, terms, body systems, and more. We will include companion plants in recipes and conversation. Medicine making recipes and instructions will be included for a variety of ways to prepare the herb of the month including teas, tinctures, oils, honeys, syrups, elixirs, kitchen recipes and more.
