Herb of the Month
Linden Tree
June 28th, 2021

Monday, June 28th, 2021, 4:30 - 6:00 pm MDT

Instructor, Amber Graziano, Certified Clinical Herbalist & Nutritionist

My idea of a good herbalist isn’t someone who knows the uses of 40 different herbs, but who knows how to use one herb in 40 different ways.” -Svevo Brooks

Join herbalist & educator Amber Graziano to learn the history, lore, tradition, and modern use of the herb of the month, Linden. We will gather outside underneath or near a Linden Tree to learn about this wonderful medicinal herb. This is a great introduction into basic tenants of herbalism with herbal actions, terms, body systems, and more. We will include companion plants in recipes and conversation.  Medicine making recipes, samples and instructions will be included for a variety of ways to prepare the herb of the month including teas, tinctures, oils, honeys, syrups, elixirs, kitchen recipes and more.
