Fall in love with rich flavor and creamy texture of herbal plant-based cheese! In this hands-on class, we will create delicious cheese that is remarkably simple to prepare. We will use almonds, cashews and macadamia nuts as a base. We’ll add herbs to enhance flavor and increase nutrition. You will learn how to create your own herbal cheese from scratch. You will go home with a sample and understanding of basics of plant-based cheese making. Participants will go home with two samples and 3 recipes.
