Interested in taking your herbal curiosities to the next level? In this class, we will learn about 15 herbs and how they are beneficial for the immune system, adrenals, physical and emotional heart, balancing hormones, cold and flu symptoms, sleep issues and mental health. We will discuss different ways to incorporate herbs into your daily life with medicine and food recipes. This lecture & demonstration style class is perfect for the beginner enthusiast and will engage your mind and senses as we talk about each herbal ally, and sample various forms of the plants we discuss.
Maximum Number of Participants: 20
Registration includes detailed write-ups and recipes for each herb and, if desired, an Herbal Ingredient Package with instructions for how to prepare samples during class or at a later date.
When you place an order online for the class and choose to add the optional Herbal Ingredient Package to your purchase, you will be prompted to choose either Local Pickup or Shipment for your package.
If you choose Local Pickup, we will send you a confirmation email when your package is assembled and ready for pickup at Rebecca’s brick and mortar store.
To have your package shipped, you will need to sign up for the class at least 7 days before the class date in order to have the Ingredient Package on hand for the live class. The cost of shipping the package will be added onto your order (minimum $7.50).
