The fundamental principles of winter call for rest, reflection, and replenishing vital energy in preparation for the outburst of new beginnings in the spring. It’s also a vulnerable time as seasonal changes affect our immune systems making us more vulnerable to colds, the flu, and aches and pains. In this class, we will explore herbs that support immunity, fortifying adaptogenic root decoctions, nourishing herbal soups and stews, and will demonstrate vitalist practices to stoke our inner fires.
Class registration includes a handout and recipes. We highly recommend our optional Winter Wellness Ingredient Kit for a robust hands-on experience. Kits can be purchased separately through the link below.
This class is taught online through the Zoom platform.
