Take your herbal medicine making to the next level! Join herbalist Liz Philbrick in this hands-on class and learn how to make a classic form of herbal medicine: tinctures.
Tinctures are liquid extracts made with alcohol and water to extract the medicinal properties of herbs. They are a convenient and effective way of taking herbal medicine. In this informative class, we will make a dried plant tincture that you can take home to strain and use. Liz will also discuss and demonstrate alternative methods to make fresh and dried plant tinctures. Leave this class empowered with all the information you need to make your own tinctures going forward!
