They are a wonderful and convenient way of taking herbal medicine. In this informative class, we will make a fennel tincture and discuss various methods to make fresh and dried plant tinctures.
Registration includes a handout and recipes. We also offer an optional Tincture Making Ingredient Kit with ingredients and instructions for how to prepare recipes during class or at a later date.
