You can reduce inflammation and pain, strengthen your immunity and resilience, improve your mood and ability to adapt to stress, and increase vitality throughout your body.

Let’s refine your sleep rituals! Making sleep a protected necessity each night allows more dreams and insights to carry through into your day, enhancing your intuition. 

In this course we will discuss herbs, lifestyle practices, and flower essences to enhance the quality of your sleep and hence, your body, mind, and spirit will thrive. We will dive into the importance of evening and morning rituals, a fun dreaming practice and easy steps to sweeten your sleep. 

Registration includes a handout and recipes. We also offer an optional Sweet Sleep Ingredient Kit for a multi-sensory experience to support a sacred sleep routine. Kits may be purchased separately through the link below.
